Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us 24 hours prior to your appointment. If a client fails to show for an appointment with no notice, 50% will be applied to a credit card. If a 2nd appointment is missed with no notice, 100% of the booked service will be charged to a credit card. If the appointment can be filled with a referral or waitlist client, then no charges are incurred.
